Problem Resolution

Indoor Flyer reserves the right to consult the manufacturers/distributors of their products over possible manufacturing defects. In conjunction with the manufacturer/distributor we will attempt to resolve any problems as promptly as possible. We advise that all items are run strictly in adherence to the manufacturers' instructions. Failure to do so will invalidate any warranty and possibly be dangerous to you or other persons. Please read very carefully all instructions relating to the product before using it.


By submitting your order you are entering into a contract to buy the goods. We will use your personal details for the purposes of supplying the goods you have ordered. Your details will not be passed onto any other parties or be used for any other purpose. We do not hold your credit card details on record. Indoor Flyer owns all goods until payment has been received in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us by email on: sales@indoorflyer.co.uk
The prices shown on our website are always current. Due to variations in currencies we will adjust prices from time to time. Price and invoice is always calculated in GBP but for your convenience prices can be shown in EUR and USD for guidance only.

Goods should be inspected when you receive them for defects or damage. If the packaging is damaged please or you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Order and Returns

As a consumer you have the right in addition to your other rights, to cancel the order and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing within seven working days starting on the day the goods are delivered to you of your wish to return the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be unopened and in new condition, with all packaging present. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods. Defective items will be either replaced or credited in agreement with the customer. In case of a replacement we may require the defective item to be returned before a new item is sent. We will pay the return postage.
